Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Designer Handbags n' More at no charge.

Backorder Policy
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Shipping Policies
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via fastest carrier from warehouse and actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping zone. (In most cases it averages 10-14 business days from the day that the order was placed)  Items are shipped via UPS to their distination. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. 

Some of our customers would prefer to order by sending us a check or money order. Feel free to contact us by email or phone, and we will gladly give you the information as to where to send the check or money order. Your purchase will ship once the check has cleared our bank. This process may add up to two weeks to your purchase delivery time. We will do everything we can to speed you through this process. Our goal is to serve you and achieve 100% satisfaction.
