Q: How do I return a damaged or defective product?

Q: How do I track my order?                                                                                                   

A: Once your order has been placed and shipped from the warehouse you will receive an email from us with the tracking number and link to UPS to follow your package to your front door.

Q: Do I get a confirmation of my order?

A: You will receive automatically a confirmation of order via email from Designer Handbags n’ More. It will be sent to the email you provided upon checkout. Please check your order carefully for accuracy of your order as well as the shipping address.If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us right away. Remember to give us as much information as possible to complete your order.

Q: Do I get charged sales tax?

      A: Only if your order is being shipped to the State of Minnesota.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?  

     A: Your order will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your order is placed over a   weekend or holiday it will take 3-5 days before your order is shipped. In most cases it averages 1-7 business days from the day that the order was placed until it reaches your door step. This is dependant upon the shipping choice you picked during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order and another one with the tracking information once it is shipped.

Q: Why did you change our product line up?

   A: Due to advertising restraints and product availability we decided to go to a mainstream product line-up that is readily available.
